Simple 2-for-1 Cards with Wildflower Notes | Dana Kirby

Hi Friends! It's Dana here today and I'm excited to share two cards with you that use the beautiful Wildflower Notes stencil set. This set of stencils creates a beautiful floral panel that can be used for a variety of occasions. I decided to show a quick and easy way to incorporate the Dotted Nested Deckled Rectangle dies to spotlight a section of the floral pattern and create two card.

How to recreate this card:

Wildflower Notes panel:

1. Cut an A2 card panel from white cardstock.

2. Use the Wildflower Notes stencils to create your floral pattern on your white cardstock.

• Stencil 1: Sky Blue
• Stencil 2: Soft Lilac
• Stencil 3: Clementine
• Stencil 4: Mint

3. Used the Dotted Nested Deckled Rectangles to die cut an opening in the center of your panel. 

Card 1:

4. Attach a piece of Acetate behind the opening of your Wildflower Notes card panel. Add foam adhesive along the edges to create depth for your shaker card. 

5. Fill your shaker with Dew Drops: Iridescent jewels and use a soft blue piece of cardstock to close your shaker.

6. Use the Retro Camp Days stamp set to stamp your sentiment with black ink. 

7. Die cut your sentiment with the Retro Camp Days dies.

8. Attach your shaker to an A2 card base. 

Card 2:

9. Use the Dotted Nested Deckled Rectangle dies to die cut a card panel from a soft blue piece of cardstock.

10. Attach the smaller rectangle that you die cut from the Wildflower Notes stenciled panel to the blue cardstock with foam adhesive. 

11. Once again use the Retro Camp Days stamp and die set to create your sentiment.

12. Attach your panel to an A2 card base to finish your card.
